It is well-known that a Dehn surgery along a link in the 3-sphere with sufficiently negative coefficients admits a Stein fillable contact structure. In this talk, I will exhibit infinitely many links whose sufficiently large surgeries always admit Stein fillable contact structures, while certain surgeries do not admit any symplectic fillable contact structure. This is joint work with Fan Ding and Zhongtao Wu.
